Cookery Workshops with Matthew Owsley-Brown

Matthew and Caroline would like to welcome you to our cookery workshops here on our smallholding. Our intention is give you some fresh ideas, confidence and few top tips so you can go home and create something special using all the lovely and diverse produce that Norfolk has to offer. We hope to make it a friendly, fun and informal get-together.

Arrival time is 10am for coffee and biscuits. The 'hands on' workshop starts at 10.30am.
1pm-ish we sit down for lunch together and eat what we have prepared that morning along with a well deserved glass of wine.
You will be able to take away a recipe file of all the dishes we have tried that day.
If you have a group of people who would like to learn something in particular Matthew will be more than happy to do a workshop on that.
Maximum number 10 people.
Cost £75 per person.

Basic fish stock
Classic French fish soup, rouille croutons & parmesan
How to cure and smoke salmon
Keralan seafood curry with sticky rice
