We will design & create a bespoke menu for:

Large & small Weddings, Dinner parties, Shooting Dinners, Birthday parties, Anniversaries, Christenings, Wakes, Corporate events or any other special occasion.

We offer quality, professional & friendly catering services for the whole of Norfolk and can supply a fantastic team of friendly & competent staff.

We are really passionate about locally sourced, seasonal and high quality produce and have a purpose built commercial kitchen from which we operate here on our own smallholding.

We can organise a free tasting for two here at Conkers for weddings costing over £3,000.

Our pricing structure

We will send you an initial job quote. Here is how the price is divided.

Cost of food per head

  • This involves the cost of the ingredients. We use only the best quality ingredients and almost everything is made by hand in our kitchen.
  • Ordering, preparing, cooking, gas, electricity, complying with food hygiene standards, health and safety.
  • Time and skills of the chef in sourcing and cooking of food products.
  • Storage and transportation of perishable food items.
  • Time taken to prepare a quote for a client.
  • Time taken preparing and presenting the chosen menu for a tasting (for events over £3,000). The tasting will be charged at £50 pp if you do not proceed with our services.  Tasting for two people only.
  • Please be aware that if you have a band/musicians need to be fed at the expense of the client. (Musicians Union)

Staffing costs

Please be aware that the staff must be paid by the client in full at the end of the event.

  • We can draw on a network of professional, helpful and well- presented staff.
  • Chefs cost £20 per hour (minimum 4 hours).
  • Waiting staff cost £10 per hour (minimum 4 hours). They should be paid by the client on the day of the event.
  • We will provide enough staff to make sure of the smooth running of the event. We will always minimize the time staff are needed.
  • We can only ever give an approximate staff cost on our job quote.
  • Please be aware that for a large sit-down occasion, if you choose a hot starter, this will usually incur higher staff and equipment costs.

Equipment cost

This is determined by the size of the event and the menu (to include items such as ovens, plate warmers, water boiler, fridge trailer etc)

Crockery, cutlery, linen, napkins, glassware

This is determined by the size of the event and the menu.
Once you have chosen your menu, and approved estimated other costs for staffing and equipment we would ask for a 10% non refundable deposit to secure your booking which will be deducted from the final bill.

Please note any losses or breakages of hired items will be charged to the client.
