Matthew, Caroline and their team at Owsley-Brown Catering provided my wife and me with outstanding catering and front of house services for a three day hospitality event in March 2017.

The professional and friendly service and support which we received from our initial planning meeting through to the completion of the event, far exceeded our expectations, which based upon earlier recommendations, we had already set at a high level!

From the translation of our outline thoughts into creative and imaginative themed menus, to the calm and organised preparation of copious amounts of delicious food, to the seamless and efficient service, the whole culinary experience was truly memorable.

What a fabulous team they are, and we would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Together with our friends, we would happily recommend their services to any prospective customer(s).

"That was a triumph! Thank you so much for the fantastic, efficient and delicious wedding catering.

Our other daughter who attends lots of weddings,said they had never eaten such good food, with such efficient and speedy service.

We were particularly impressed that all tables were served at same time and food was hot, given the large number of guests, many of whom mentioned both at the time and since, that your overseeing managerial skills were exceptional, organised and calm.

I was not really concentrating on this, but during the event, so many guests mentioned to me, your calm, organised efficiency.

Your waitresses were unfailingly polite, smiley and efficient. I was asked many times during the event for the name of the caterers.....hopefully you won't need to go to Paris!"
